The following Terms only apply for Graphic Design and Digital Art services.

At the moment, I am NOT accepting commisions that require to be completed in LESS than a week.

If you need the commission on a tight time-frame (ex. a week and half) and it's a very complicated commission (ex. a character with a very complex outfit), it'll require an aditional cost.

Commissions, by default, are sent as (.png) files. If you want the (.psd) file of the commission, you must purchase the commercial license.

I'll do my best to keep the (.psd) file storaged for 2 years at most, but I cannot guarantee it won't get lost.

There are 2 stages of process: In the Sketch phase, you can ask for as many changes as you want. In the Lineart & Coloring phase, you are only allowed for 3 minor changes.

If you want to keep the work hidden until you revealed it first, say it during the conversation with me. Otherwise, I'll assume you have no problems with me posting it to my protafolio/social media.

I always send periodic screenshots of the work in progress. This is easier done via Discord.

If for any reason you want to modify my work, you NEED to ask me first. I'll decide if I allow it or not.

My work cannot be used for AI training software, NFTs or anything related to the blockchain.

I can decline a commission for any reason.

I'm only doing full-color drawings. I'm NOT doing sketches / linearts as a commission.

I'm only doing SFW content at the moment (if your project is NSFW but the commission is not, then I'm in! Please, ask if you are unsure! ^^)

I'm not good at drawing: cars, furries, pets (I can draw cute cats tho! ^^)

I won't draw: mecha; racist, homophobic, transphobic and/or anything opressive (hate speech); animal cruelty; gore; real political figures.

Payment is always upfront. (Only USD) I use Paypal invoices.

If the final price is > 100$, you have the option to pay 50% first at the beginning, and the rest 50% at the end.

Prices DO NOT include Paypal fees. The fees will be added to the final price in the invoice.

Do not send me money before we both agree on the commission. If you do, there will be no refunds (I'll consider it a donation).

After we agree on the commission and the payment is sent, there will be no refunds, even if you cancel it after.

If after 3 months the commission hasn't been completed, you have the right to ask for a full refund.

If you ask for more than one asset (ex. a chibi, a character sprite and a logo), we'll both agree on a reasonable time frame for all assets to be completed. The 3-months-refund policy starts from that agreed date.

Refunds only cover the payment I receive, NOT Paypal fees.
